[How to Use]
Wash your feet clean and remove moisture. Fold the pack in half, cut the top with scissors, remove the pack from both sides, and wear it on your feet as if you were wearing socks. Use an ankle sticker to secure the ankle. Remove the pack 30 minutes after wearing it, and wash the contents of the foot with running water.
