Q: When will this product be re-stocked? 

A: Most products are re-stocked after 7 days. We usually update the status availability of our products at least once a week. The re-stock duration and time depends on the company's manufacture time.

 

Q: What are the ingredients in this product?

A: Unfortunately, a large portion of Korean cosmetics do not label the ingredients in English. As a result, it is hard for us to find the list of ingredients written in English. If you, however, need the list of ingredients, please contact the official Korean brands. We are more than happy to give you contact information.  

 

Q: What is the manufacture and expiration date of this product? 

A: You can check the manufactured date on the item's case when you get it and the expiry date is 1 ~ 2 years from the opening. When you also can see the Korean letters, '제조', that means 'Manufactured'. Most Korean cosmetics are marked the manufactured date unless it is clearly marked 'Expired date'. We are selling the newest and the latest version of the item. Every country has a different type of marking the date and in Korea, this is how we put the manufactured date:

Q: When will you ship my order?

A: Your order will be shipped 2~3 business days after payment has been processed. If you make an order on Friday, it will be shipped off the next week. Please expect some delay during public holidays.

 

Q: How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Q: How long does it take to arrive?

A: Economy (Small Packet Air Mail): Approximately 10 - 25 days (Up to 30 business days) / Express (EMS Courier): Approximately 3 - 5 days (or slightly more)

 

Q: Can I combine multiple orders?

A: Yes, we can combine multiple orders. We usually combine orders made on the same day. If you want to combine orders made on different days (that aren't shipped yet), please contact us and we will combine them manually for you. 

 

Q: Tracking Information?

A: You will need to choose the tracking number option at checkout which costs $2.50 in addition to the original shipping cost. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email within 12 hours upon shipment. You can track your package 2-3 days after it has been marked as "Fulfilled." Please note that tracking may not be available in some countries such as the UK. In United States, USPS will update only upon final delivery or failure to deliver. Until then, they will say that no information is available. They are fully tracked in Russia and Canada.

Q: What payment options are available?

A: We accept payments (including credit card payment) via PayPal only. 

 

Q: Do you accept returns? 

A: Yes, we accept returns with reason within 30 days since you received the order. 

 

Q: I would like to return an item...how does that process go? 

A: We accept returns based on the reason of return. If the reason was our mistake (wrong color, wrong product, etc.), we will pay for the return shipping + a full refund if they are claimed within 40 days of receipt. If you want to return it because you changed your mind or didn't like it, you must pay for the return shipping cost and we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Please note that the product must be in brand new condition to qualify for a refund or return. We may ask to send photos of proof before accepting the return request.
